The architectural concept is driven by transparency, light, and accessibility. The design emphasizes a sense of openness and trust qualities essential to healthcare architecture. The façade is composed of glass curtain walls framed by vertical concrete fins, ensuring abundant natural light throughout the interior while controlling glare and maintaining privacy for patients. A vertical strip of colored glass panels adds vibrancy and identity to the building, signaling its civic function and softening the otherwise clinical appearance.
The ground floor functions as the public interface, hosting the main reception, pharmacy, and emergency unit with direct access from the street for quick response and easy navigation.
