This residential project in Karaj stands on a challenging, irregularly shaped site that dictated a fragmented yet cohesive architectural strategy. The building consists of four independent residential blocks, each with its own vertical circulation and entrance, yet unified through a shared lobby and underground parking system. This duality, individual autonomy versus collective harmony became the core design concept. The façade conceals the internal separation, instead presenting a continuous rhythmic surface defined by vertical panels and subtle recesses. The interplay of white cladding and vivid green inserts brings vitality to the composition, symbolizing both connection and individuality. The vertical articulation not only masks the unconventional footprint but also amplifies the building’s height and lightness, while the selective use of color and transparency breaks the rigidity of the grid, turning a complex program into a visually coherent urban statement.
