This office building, located in Fardis near Karaj, is designed as a clean, sculptural composition of white concrete and glass — a statement of clarity, rhythm, and light. The architectural concept is driven by verticality and repetition, expressed through deep façade elements that create a play of shadow and light throughout the day. These projecting frames emphasize the building’s height and add visual depth, while also serving as passive shading devices that improve thermal performance.
The ground floor, fully glazed and open to the public, houses commercial units that activate the street level and create a strong urban connection with the surrounding neighborhood. The transparent base contrasts with the solid, monolithic upper structure — symbolizing the balance between openness and order.

Material selection reinforces this conceptual clarity: smooth white concrete panels convey strength and timelessness, while the glass surfaces bring lightness and reflect the changing sky. The design’s crisp geometry and subtle asymmetry give it a contemporary character without unnecessary ornamentation.
The building’s corner position amplifies its visibility, and the façade articulation ensures that it reads as a modern urban landmark. At night, the interior lighting softly highlights the façade relief, turning the structure into a glowing vertical sculpture within the city fabric — elegant, disciplined, and unmistakably modern.
