This residential tower, located in Gohardasht, Karaj, is designed as a building set within a garden landscape, where nature and architecture are meant to coexist and elevate one another
The concept is rooted in the form and spirit of a butterfly—a structure that appears light, in motion, and delicately balanced. The building opens up gradually from a central axis, echoing the spread of wings. This movement isn’t just symbolic—it allows the architecture to breathe, to open itself to the surrounding greenery, light, and open air

Each floor plan is intentionally different from the one below, as if the layers of the building have gently slid over one another. There’s no rigid repetition; instead, each level shifts slightly to create unique terraces, overhangs, and moments of openness. This strategy brings individuality to each unit and makes the overall form feel more organic—less like a stacked block, more like a living structure
The surrounding garden landscape is not an afterthought—it is part of the core identity of the project
Materiality and facade design reflect this layered movement. Surfaces alternate between solids and voids, transparent and textured elements, helping to articulate the rhythm of the shifting forms without overwhelming the whole. Light plays across the elevations differently at each level, reinforcing the sense of fluidity and individuality
Ultimately, this tower is not just about verticality—it’s about integration: with nature, with light, with a site that values open space. It is a residential tower in a garden, designed to feel alive, changing, and quietly expressive
