The structure houses doctors’ offices, a pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology facilities within a vertically organized plan, designed for both efficiency and calm. The building’s form two softly curved towers connected by a transparent core symbolizes balance between science and care, precision and empathy. Circular openings punctuate the façade, filtering natural light while creating a distinctive visual identity that conveys both order and optimism. The extensive use of glass enhances transparency and orientation, inviting daylight deep into interior spaces to promote psychological well-being. The elevated ground floor with its open colonnade blurs the boundary between street and institution, establishing the building as an accessible, civic landmark that radiates trust and vitality in the urban landscape.
