Baran Residential Building

Baran Residential Building

This urban residential complex is composed of six upper floors, a ground level, and two basement levels, thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving demands of contemporary city life. The project emphasizes a clean, functional layout while engaging the urban fabric with a strong architectural presence

The ground floor includes controlled access for both vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring clear circulation and a sense of arrival. Below ground, the first and second basement levels are dedicated to parking and service areas, efficiently planned to maximize usability and ease of movement

Each of the six residential floors features well-proportioned units, aligned along a central vertical core that contains the staircase and elevator. The floor plans are designed to allow ample daylight and cross ventilation, with carefully positioned openings and inset balconies

A key feature of the project is its facade composition, which strikes a balance between simplicity and texture. The building envelope is constructed using a refined palette of materials listed below

  • White cement panels, providing a crisp, minimal backdrop
  • Locally sourced Persian green stone, adding regional character and tactile depth
  • Powder-coated metal boards, introducing rhythm and durability
  • Glass elements, enhancing transparency and visual lightness

Together, these materials create a façade that is both elegant and enduring, with thoughtful layering that offers shading, privacy, and visual dynamism

Crowning the project is a roof terrace, envisioned as a semi-public garden and leisure space, offering wide city views and moments of pause within a dense environment

This building’s design is rooted in clarity, material honesty, and human scale—bringing a sense of calm, light, and urban dignity to its neighborhood
