This residential apartment building, located in a calm neighborhood of Tehran, is a compact urban infill project that blends modern geometry with contextual sensitivity. The design reinterprets the traditional brick façade in a contemporary language, introducing a rhythmic composition of solid and void that gives the building both character and harmony within its setting.

The façade is crafted from warm-toned brick paired with light gray concrete and metal elements, creating a balance of texture and tone. The brickwork pattern varies across the surface — from perforated grids to flat planes — generating subtle depth and visual movement under changing daylight. The vertical glass panels introduce lightness and transparency, while the carefully placed balconies and curved corner element soften the rigid geometry, adding a human scale and a touch of fluidity to the façade.

Despite its modest scale, the building achieves a strong architectural identity through precise detailing and the interplay between modern abstraction and traditional materiality. The upper levels are characterized by expressive metal frames that crown the structure, creating a contemporary silhouette against the skyline. The design respects the proportions of neighboring buildings while asserting a distinctly modern presence — a refined residential piece that brings sophistication and warmth to its quiet Tehran street.
