This residential building in Tehran introduces a bold yet refined dialogue between traditional Iranian geometry and contemporary urban minimalism. Its façade composition is grounded in a concrete and white plaster frame, articulated by a central lattice screen inspired by Persian patterns, functioning both as ornament and as a climatic filter against the city’s strong sunlight. The grid of openings follows a precise, rhythmic order, balancing transparency and privacy. The restrained material palette—concrete, metal, and glass—anchors the design within its dense urban context while allowing the intricate screen to stand out as the building’s defining gesture. The architecture achieves elegance through proportion and restraint rather than decoration, embodying a modern interpretation of local identity.
